Free 4-part series on holistic health via webinar starting March 25

I have teamed up with Colette Barry of Healthy Fit Studios, an online yoga studio, to present a 4-part series on holistic health and wellness starting Thursday, March 25, at 7:30pm EST!

The first topic presented will be on the health benefits of DETOXING. Toxins are an unfortunate part of our daily lives nowadays as we find ourselves living in a literal toxic soup! Spring is the perfect time of year to start anew and detox, and this segment will help you determine if detoxing is right for you and whether or not it should be incorporated into your health maintenance program.

Another hot topic for Spring is weight loss! With the summer months looming, we all want to look and feel our best and on Thursday, April 1, we will reveal the best kept SECRETS TO NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS! (Hint: it has nothing to do with counting calories or weighing and measuring food!)
