1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
2 scoops Love and Peas Protein Powder
1/4 frozen berries
a handful of spinach
2-3 ice cubes
a whole lotta love
Blend on highest speed, preferably in a Vita Mix. Enjoy.
