Migraine Tip!

I used to suffer from severe migraines until I learned they were linked to using artificial sweeteners. (No surprise to me now since I've learned that food is EVERYTHING!) I immediately cut out all sweeteners and noticed a marked improvement. Now, whenever I feel one coming on, (which is only a few times a year, if that) I use apple cider vinegar to kick it. I take 2-3 tablespoons with a water chaser and voila! Migraine gone. It can also be mixed with honey to reduce the tartness of the vinegar. It may take up to an hour to feel relief, and sometimes I have to repeat the process to completely eliminate it, however it works every time. It's worth it over the harmful effects of caffeine which is the main ingredient in migraine medications. Try it for yourself!
